Calspan Development & Construction built and managed the construction of this 6,000 square foot facility located at 295 Spindrift Drive in Williamsville, NY. This project expands the footprint of WNY Dermatology at its existing location to accommodate the cutting edge Mohs (micrographic) surgical procedure and treatment for skin cancer.

The facility features five surgical rooms, eight patient examination rooms, SOTA Mohs process laboratory, and a modern, comfortable waiting area. It was successfully completed under an aggressive construction schedule of just six months. 

The new facility allows Dr. Nazareth of WNY Dermatology to expand the ever-growing practice at his current location on Spindrift and bring a new surgeon onboard. This allowed the center to specialize in the world-renowned Mohs procedure and bring its life-saving benefits to the people of Western New York.
