Calspan Development & Construction was the developer and contractor for building the new,100,000 square foot, three-story bio-medical center. It will be the hub of the medical campus with class A medical office space and multiple surgery suites for Ortho Rhode Island.
The building was built in two phases with the first the construction of a 66,000-square-foot building, then a 40,000-square-foot extension.
