The 82,500 square foot, 9.9 acre Private Research Center and Hangar complex is located adjacent to the Niagara Falls International Airport, in Niagara Falls, N.Y. The location serves as the operational headquarters of Calspan’s Flight Research division. It is home to Calspan’s fleet of flight simulation and research aircraft. The hangar can accommodate (2) B737-200 sized aircraft and has maintenance facilities.
